As many of you will know we recently launched our general support ticket system for our websites. After we introduced our finance support ticket system, we saw how much it improved the management of enquiries and response times.
General support queries on average took us around 2-3+ days to respond to, now we have introduced ticket systems, check out our average response times.
General Tickets Avg. Response Time: 2.5 hours*
Finance Tickets Avg. Response Time: 10.2 hours*
A big improvement, however we hope over the next few months to improve these even more! As of today, you can now see the live average response time for general support on the ticket system.
